Color scheme for French shabby chic dark bedroom window?

I want to redecorate my room but have no idea what color scheme I should go with. The colors must remain the windows are very dark brown and gold brass bed. I am also hoping to have a wood floor, also not sure what color it should be. Any help?

If you are wanting to maintain the ramshackle chic look, then consider use of the word painted on a white limewash show signs of natural wood through it. Apply a light coat and see how good you look! Then for the walls, I would go for a pastel color such as pale green, blue or pink. This is the traditional shabby chic look. Feminine and floral characteristics are if you want to stay true to their style. The brass bed is just right, and you can have light-colored curtains, blinds timer or off white (Eco-blinds are very good and cheap, too) to add to your look.
