A hymn, AZ man was arrested after a mother called the Sheriff's Office Maricopa County showing a man who was looking a nurse, came to his 12-year-old daughter.
Michael Whitlow, 26, was arrested on charges of kidnapping and encourage Paul Chagoll after stepfather of the girl left, Whitlow took the girl inside and locked the door. The girl later told she felt trapped and afraid. She said Whitlow said he could hardly keep their hands on him. Was allowed to leave without aggressiveness, the sheriff's office. Chagoll said Whitlow admitted that wish to participate as a partner.
The 12 years of age his stepfather made a fatal error when abandoned his daughter 12-year lag in the house of Whitlow's.
